NWN has recently been notified by Cisco Systems of a challenge with the “Clock Signal” component in a select group of products. This challenge can cause affected equipment to fail after 18 months and is not recoverable. Cisco’s goal is to work with customers to replace the affected equipment through a program outlined on their support website. NWN customers who have questions about the Cisco Clock Signal program should contact their Account Executive.
