12 Years strong- Cisco Customer Satisfaction Survey Success

CiscoAs a nationally-managed, Cisco Gold Partner, NWN Corporation participates in Cisco’s Customer Satisfaction program.  Cisco sends surveys to NWN customers throughout the year to assess their satisfaction with the services NWN provides.  Twice a year, Cisco calculates the results from the prior 12 months.  As of our last reporting period ending July 2014; we have submitted 94 surveys; NWN has received 45 responses with a score of 4.89 and Cisco account team response of 37 for a score of 4.60

NWN’s track record is outstanding. For the last 12 years, NWN has earned Cisco’s highest customer satisfaction rating: Customer Satisfaction Excellence Recognition for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Scores
