Step 1: Assessment and Planning

NWN Corporation recommends a thorough assessment so our technical consultants can identify problems and obtain a baseline of network performance. A strategic plan can then be created to efficiently deploy solutions and lay the groundwork for future migrations.

Step 2: Consulting and Design

After an assessment we’ll meet with you and your team to review our findings and present documentation. Cost and benefits of implementing the recommended changes will also be reviewed.

Step 3: Implementation and Project Management

This phase of a project is critical to assuring ROI. The NWN Corporation team of services professionals are committed to customer service, are skilled and experienced in industry best practices and are supported by on-staff PMP-certified resources. NWN Project Methodologies ensure customer expectations are understood, met and/or exceeded by engaging the appropriate resources to execute projects. NWN always develops a written scope of work that defines roles that are engaged in each project, and the resources that are engaged to fulfill those roles. A role represents a responsibility to a project, where as a resource represents a person with a defined skill set capable of fulfilling that role.

Often our projects are very large and detailed. Knowing the importance of undisturbed business operations, NWN uses project managers who are certified as Project Management Professionals by the Project Management Institute.

After our projects are successfully implemented most clients use NWN for ongoing maintenance and support.
